Ovitas joins ARMA NYC 2020 Board of Directors

David Prather, VP of Business Development at Ovitas, has joined the ARMA Metro New York City Board of Directors as the Vice President of Business Partnerships.

In this volunteer role, David will manage the ARMA Metro New York chapter’s sponsorship activities and business partner management, and also assist the board of directors with events, webinars, and other activities core to the chapter’s mission.

I am very pleased to have an opportunity to serve on ARMA NYC 2020 – 2021 Board of Directors. After attending several great ARMA Metro New York-sponsored events, I really wanted to let fellow IG/RIM organizations and professionals know about the fun and informative events the chapter hosts – and serving on the Board is a great way to get the message out.

David is a Certified Information Professional (AIIM CIP), Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI CAPM) and a Certified Expert in BPM 2 (OMG OCEB 2) and holds a BA from Ohio State, an MBA (Finance) from American University and a Masters in Accounting from American University. He has been a member of ARMA NYC since 2018.
