e:IAS – Intelligent Information Access

Our solutions use different search methods, as required. These include orenge, which uses Case Based Reasoning, a search method that is especially useful for technical domains such as complex product support, and Smartfinder, a powerful associative search engine useful for automated classification and search over broad information assets. Both being components of empolis' Information Access Suite (e:IAS).
